About New Tampa Animal Hospital
New Tampa Animal Hospital was founded in 2008 by Mara Ricci DVM to better serve the needs of the community in which she had practiced for the previous 12 years. We are very pleased that many of our patients have been visiting us since they were young, and are always happy when new 4-legged family members are added!

Dr. Ricci is a charter member of the Pasco Hernando Veterinary Medical Assn. (which provides education and support for our community) and is active on their board of directors. She is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, and is a member in good standing of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association, Florida Veterinary Medical Association.
