Appointments:
Please phone to schedule your appointment- we will do our best to accomodate your scheduling requests. Please let our receptionist know of all problems and concerns so appointment time may be scheduled appropriately. We do accept walk-ins, but ask for your patience while you wait for doctor availability.
Emergencies:
We do provide emergency care during our normal business hours, and they receive our top priority in care. After hours, our phones are answered by BluePearl Veterinary Group, a 24-hour emergency and specialty practice off Busch Blvd. in Tampa.

Drop-Offs:
We offer a convenient day-hospitalization service at no additional charge. This allows
pets to be examined and evaluated without their owner having to take time out of a
busy work or family day.
Medical Records:
It is important for your veterinarian to be aware of your pet's medical/surgical history, reactions to medications, and any other pertinant history. Please request medical records- including doctor's notes and laboratory reports- so we may better provide for your pet's healthcare needs.

Payment:
Payment is due in full at the time of service. Upon request we are able to provide detailed written estimates for treatment plans, surgeries, and routine wellness care. We accept cash, checks (with valid Florida Drivers License) Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and CareCredit. We do participate in pet health insurance programs, and can provide information on various insurers as well.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for medical records preparation and processing.
